　　【摘要】  目的  探讨肿瘤相关物质（TSGF）在诊断肿瘤中的临床价值。方法  使用比色法检测122例患者（68例非肿瘤患者，54例肿瘤患者）和50例健康对照组的血清TSGF含量。结果  肿瘤组与非肿瘤组、健康对照组的阳性率差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）；治疗前、治疗无效及复发患者的血清TSGF水平均明显高于治疗显效组和对照组（P＜0.05）；局部、远处复发患者之间差异有显著性。结论  TSGF可作为肿瘤标志物的筛选试验，对肿瘤治疗疗效及预后判断，尤其是监测复发转移有较高价值，可在临床诊断中推广应用。

　　Serum tumor supplied group of factors in patients with cancer
　　【Abstract】  Objective  To investigate the clinical significance of serum tumor supplied group of factors(TSGF）in patients with cancer.Methods  The TSGF level was detected by spectrophotometer in 50 healthy controls and 122 patients(68 non-tumor patients,54 tumor patients）.Results  The positive rate of TSGF in tumor patients was higher than in normal group and non-tumor group(P＜0.01）.The TSGF levels in initiated tumors,non-responders and relapsed tumors were profoundly higher than those in responders and controls respectively(P＜0.05）.Compared with local regionally recurrent tumors,the TSGF level was obviously elevated in patients with distant metastic cancers(P＜0.01）.Conclusion  TSGF detection might be used as screening test  for tumor diagnosis,assessing response to treatment and predicting prognosis,especially monitoring recurrence and metastases of cancer.

　　众所周知，肿瘤已成为人类死亡的主要原因之一。在当前肿瘤临床治疗中，由于肿瘤早期不伴转移，容易切除，可为患者赢得较多的存活机会，因此医学界对肿瘤的早期诊断格外重视。
　　近年来，国内推广、应用肿瘤相关物质群（tumor supplied group of factors，TSGF）检测技术筛查高危人群的恶性肿瘤。TSGF是数种国际公认的与恶性肿瘤生长相关的糖类物质和代谢物的统称，它的显著特点是对恶性肿瘤的检测具早期性和广谱性。本文通过一些数据的分析，探讨TSGF在肿瘤诊断中的应用。
　　1  对象与方法
　　1.1  研究对象  我院2002年9月～2003年12月122例住院患者，男76例，女46例，年龄28～88岁，平均58岁。其中68例患者来自本院非肿瘤科，并经确诊为非肿瘤患者；54例患者来自本院肿瘤科，其中胃癌15例，肝癌14例，肺癌11例，肠癌9例，其他肿瘤5例，均经病理确诊。在未经手术和化疗前，静脉采血3ml，分离血清，冰冻备用。设健康对照组50例，男26例，女24例，平均年龄50岁，为本院体检的健康人群。静脉采血2ml，分离血清，备用。54例肿瘤患者中，经手术或化疗治疗后抽取的血液，按患者治疗结果分为3组：治疗显效34例；治疗无效10例；复发10例。
　　1.2  方法和步骤  以福建新大陆生物技术有限公司生产的肿瘤相关物质联合检测试剂盒，检测患者血清中TSGF的含量。根据操作手册其步骤如下：（1）准确吸取40μl待测血清及5个浓度的标准品，加入盛有1ml试剂的反应管中，盖紧盖子，充分混匀；（2）置100℃沸水浴中加热15min，迅速取出并置冷水中冷却5min以终止反应；（3）比色，470nm波长，以蒸馏水为空白调零，读取各管吸光度值。TSGF检测结果的判定标准：TSGF＜64u/ml为阴性，64～71u/ml为可疑阳性，＞71u/ml为阳性。
