细胞凋亡 (apoptosis )在除去功能不良的细胞上扮演重要角色,而 Bcl-2 protein可经由一些 growth factor改变合成速率,进而抑制细胞凋亡[16~18]。Bcl-2 protein是一种抑制细胞凋亡基因产物,在子宫肌瘤中正常细胞为多。子宫肌瘤中 Bcl-2 protein受 Progesterone (100ng/ml )刺激而增加,受 estradiol (10ng/ml )刺激而减少,但在本实验中,其增加或减少的程度并不如王不留行减少的程度来的明显。经由细胞凋亡而杀死肌瘤细胞,比传统药物所引发的细胞坏死 (necrosis ),较不易引发大范围的周边组织发炎或感染反应,避免对于患者产生更大地伤害[18]。 5 结论 药理实验和临床效果可能会有些差异,可能是由于药物在体内吸收、代谢加上相加、相克效应而有不同的反应,因此要发展改进实验模式,使其更加接近中医辨证的实际状。 经由细胞毒性抑制率实验结果得知,单味药中以吴茱萸、王不留行、生鸡内金和水蛭效果最好。由半致死量浓度 IC50 在不同细胞之测定结果,更可得知这些中药对于子宫肌瘤细胞较为有效。 【参考文献】 1 Cramer SF, Patel A.
